How I work

Everyone faces challenges throughout their life. Sometimes the challenges trickle in, slowly filling your capacity to cope. Other times the excrement hits the rotary air oscillator, and you're left to clean up the mess. In these times, a little help is nice, and that’s where a coach comes in handy.

 

Coaching is simply the art of helping you find solutions to the challenges you face right now and co-developing a plan to meet the challenges to create the results you want. There's no real mystery to the process. I believe you are the expert on your life and have all the resources you need to succeed. I'm an expert in helping you uncover and align those resources to make the changes that ensure your success. Simple to say but hard to do, of course.

 

As your coach, I focus on you and your personal and professional goals, but I’m not a miracle worker. I can’t fix your marriage or make you a better golfer, but I can help you keep your business on track, get it back on track, or help you reach your personal and professional goals. To do this, I use an iterative 4-step process beginning with CLARIFY.:
